Instructions
Place cottage cheese in a high-speed blender or food processor.
Add shredded cheddar and taco seasoning next.
Pour in a small amount of milk or water to help with blending.
Stop blending and scrape the sides if needed to ensure even mixing.
Taste the queso and adjust seasoning if necessary
If the dip is too thick, add a little more milk or water, blending again briefly.
Serve immediately or chill for a cooler dip
Notes
For extra spice, add diced jalapeƱos or a dash of hot sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat with a splash of milk.
